Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 28, 2026 Last Updated: August 28, 2026

1. Introduction

C&S Remodeling is a residential design-build remodeling contractor operating in San Antonio and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. C&S Remodeling is a registered assumed name of C&S Enterprises LLC ("C&S Remodeling," "we," "us," or "our").

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit cs-enterprises.net (the "Site"), contact us, request an estimate, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message; how we use that information; who we share it with; and the choices you have.

This policy covers our Site and our direct communications with you. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, or the independent practices of subcontractors, suppliers, or financing partners who may collect information from you directly.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you give us directly, including:

  • Contact information — your name, phone number (including mobile number), email address, and mailing address.
  • Project information — your property address, the scope of work you're interested in, room dimensions, existing conditions, photos or plans you send us, product and material selections, budget range, and desired timeline.
  • Appointment information — dates, times, and notes related to consultations, measurements, and site visits.
  • Communications — the content of emails, text messages, contact form submissions, chat messages, and phone calls with our team.
  • Newsletter signup — your email address, if you subscribe.
  • Employment applications — if you apply through our Join Our Team page, the information contained in your application and resume.

Financing. We do not provide financing and we do not collect, process, or store your financial or credit information. If you are interested in financing your project, we may refer you to a third-party lender or financing partner. You apply with that lender directly, and any information you provide goes to them, not to us. Their collection and use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy, not this one. We do not run credit checks and do not receive credit reports.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and screen size
  • Referring and exit pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and click activity
  • Date and time stamps
  • General geographic location inferred from IP address (typically city or region level)

We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See Section 6.

2.3 Information from Calls and Tracking Numbers

Our Site displays call tracking phone numbers provided by CallRail. When you call one of these numbers, CallRail records the calling number, the time and duration of the call, and which page or ad source the number was displayed on, and passes that information to us.

Calls to and from C&S Remodeling may be recorded or transcribed for quality assurance, training, and record-keeping. Where a call is recorded, you will be notified at the start of the call and may ask us not to record.

2.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from:

  • Lead sources and referral services you submitted an inquiry to (for example, home improvement marketplaces, review platforms, or referral partners)
  • Advertising platforms, in aggregate or pseudonymous form
  • Publicly available property records, when needed to scope or permit a project
  • Referrals from existing customers who provide your contact information with your knowledge

3. Mobile Information and Text Messaging

C&S Remodeling sends text message updates and responses to residential remodeling and home improvement customers and prospective customers about appointments, project scheduling and status, estimates, pricing, and products and services offered at cs-enterprises.net.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use the information you provide to send and respond to your mobile messages. This includes sharing it with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who help us deliver messages. These service providers may use your information only to deliver messaging on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information to satisfy legal, regulatory, or governmental requests, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.

How you opt in. You may consent to receive text messages from us by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Site, by providing your mobile number and agreeing verbally during a call or consultation (which we document in our records), by signing a service agreement or project document that includes text message consent, or by texting a keyword such as START or JOIN to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from us.

How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us and we will confirm your removal. We also honor opt-out requests made by any other reasonable method, including replying UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT, calling us at 210-998-6289, or emailing info@cs-enterprises.net. We process opt-out requests as soon as practicable and in all cases within ten (10) business days. Opting out of texts does not opt you out of phone calls or email, and does not affect any active service agreement between us.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the status of your project. Message and data rates may apply; those charges are billed by your mobile carrier, not by us. Text HELP to our number for help.

Retention. We retain messaging records and records of your consent for as long as needed to service your project and to document compliance, generally not less than four years.

Full messaging terms are in our Terms of Service.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information, estimates, or consultations you request
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and site visits
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, change orders, and selections documents
  • Design, plan, permit, and perform remodeling work, including coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and inspectors
  • Communicate with you about your active project — schedules, deliveries, crew arrival windows, questions, and issues
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Provide warranty service and respond to post-completion questions
  • Send you marketing communications about our services, where you have not opted out
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising
  • Comply with legal, tax, licensing, insurance, and regulatory obligations
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We share information only as follows:

Service providers. We use vendors who perform functions on our behalf and may access your information only as needed to do so. These include our website host (Webflow), analytics and advertising providers (Google), call tracking and messaging (CallRail), our project management and CRM system, email and newsletter providers, payment processors, and IT and data storage providers. They are contractually limited to using your information for the services they provide to us.

Subcontractors and trade partners. To perform your project, we share the information necessary to do the work — typically your name, service address, phone number, scope of work, and access instructions — with the subcontractors, suppliers, and installers assigned to your job. They may use it only to perform work on your project.

Design and permitting parties. We may share project details with architects, engineers, designers, municipal permitting offices, and inspectors as required to design and permit the work.

Financing partners. We do not share your information with lenders. If you ask about financing, we refer you to a third-party lender and you apply with them directly. See Section 2.1.

Business transfers. If C&S Enterprises LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Legal and protective disclosures. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to comply with licensing, insurance, or lien requirements; to enforce our agreements; or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of C&S Remodeling, our customers, our employees, or others.

Aggregated and de-identified information. We may use and share aggregated or de-identified information — information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you — for any purpose, including analytics and marketing.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, understand how the Site is used, and measure and target advertising.

Google Analytics and Google Ads. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, and Google Ads (including remarketing) to show our ads to people who have visited the Site. Google may set cookies and use device identifiers for these purposes. You can learn about Google's practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy, opt out of Google Analytics at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and control ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.

Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager to deploy the tags described in this section.

Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We use the Meta pixel to measure ad performance and show ads to people who have visited the Site. Meta may set cookies and use device identifiers for these purposes. You can learn about Meta's practices at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy and manage your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Managing cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may cause parts of the Site to function incorrectly. You can also opt out of many interest-based advertising cookies at http://optout.networkadvertising.org and http://optout.aboutads.info.

Do Not Track. Browser "Do Not Track" signals are not yet standardized, and the Site does not currently respond to them.

7. Your Choices

Text messages. Reply STOP to any message, or contact us. See Section 3.

Marketing emails. Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email info@cs-enterprises.net. You will still receive transactional messages about an active project, quote, or account — those are not marketing and cannot be opted out of while the project is active.

Phone calls. Ask us to stop calling, and we will note it in our records.

Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information in Section 12. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may retain information we are required to keep for legal, tax, warranty, lien, or insurance purposes.

8. Texas Privacy Rights

Texas residents may request to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and access that data
  • Correct inaccuracies in your personal data
  • Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you
  • Obtain a portable copy of data you provided to us
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. To opt out of targeted advertising, use the controls in Section 6 or contact us.

To make a request, email info@cs-enterprises.net or call 210-998-6289. We will respond within 45 days, and may extend once by an additional 45 days where reasonably necessary. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response; if we deny the appeal, you may contact the Texas Attorney General at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. In practice:

  • Inquiries and leads that don't become projects: typically retained for our normal sales follow-up period
  • Customer project records, contracts, and communications: retained for the duration of the project and afterward as required by warranty obligations, lien and statute-of-limitations periods, insurance requirements, and tax and licensing rules — generally not less than the applicable Texas limitations period for construction claims
  • Text messaging consent and opt-out records: not less than four years
  • Website analytics data: per the retention settings of the analytics provider

10. Security

We take commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission of Site form submissions, access controls limiting employee access to what their role requires, and managed devices for company hardware. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we are required by law to notify you of a data breach, we will do so as required.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party sites and services, including social media, review platforms, and product manufacturers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information to them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and post the updated policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we handle personal information already in our possession, we will provide notice as required by applicable law. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
