3. 3D Rendering Creation
Once the 2D plans are approved, we use advanced software to convert them into lifelike 3D models. This stage brings your project to life, showing you how your remodeled space will look and feel. You’ll be able to see every aspect of the design, from the placement of furniture and fixtures to the texture of materials and finishes.
4. Review & Revisions
We offer you the opportunity to review the 3D rendering in detail, giving you the flexibility to make adjustments. Whether you want to change the color of the walls, reposition cabinets, or explore different flooring options, we’re here to make those revisions. We offer up to 5 small revisions and 2 large revisions for free if requested within 30 days of delivering the initial results.
5. Final Approval
Once all revisions have been made and you’re happy with the design, we’ll seek your final approval. At this stage, the 3D rendering becomes the blueprint for the construction team, ensuring that your remodel is executed exactly as planned.
We also offer this service as a standalone option for homeowners who are planning future remodels but aren't quite ready to start construction. It's a great way to visualize potential ideas and make informed decisions without committing to a full project right away.
